The coverage of anatomical types of this defect is characterized by a wide and varied nature, in which they can range from imperceptible deviations to complex anomalies, as well as require treatment in a modern way. More than half of children with anorectal malformations may also have other developmental disabilities, making it difficult to choose the optimal treatment tactics as well as affecting a significant increase in the number of risk factors leading to negative outcomes
2024-03-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://scholarexpress.net/index.php/wbph/article/view/3879OPTIMAL TREATMENT OF HYDRONEPHROSIS IN CHILDREN2024-03-06T07:23:57+00:00Allaev M.Y.Allaeva@gmail.comGafurov A.A.Gafurov@gmail.comAbduvaliyeva Ch.M.Abduvaliyeva@gmail.comNazirov N.Nazirov@gmail.com
Hydronephrosis may be nonobstructive and may not require surgical treatment. Corrected hydronephrosis is also common. This is when the kidney still does not contract after repair of the pelvic-ureteric segment, the dilated calyxes remain wide enough, but urine flow is restored. This is often the case when a kidney with very poor function is operated on. The main thing we are fighting for is not to narrow the pelvis, but to restore the outflow from the kidney. In such cases it is sometimes necessary to perform a second operation when the child grows up
2024-03-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://scholarexpress.net/index.php/wbph/article/view/3884MODERN ASPECTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS OF COLORECTAL CANCER2024-03-07T14:15:37+00:00Professor. The main tasks in the treatment of glaucoma are: reducing and normalizing elevated intraocular pressure, creating conditions for the most favorable microcirculation in the optic nerve, removing the phenomena and consequences of its hypoxia, improving nutrition and tissue metabolism in it [2]. This is achieved through therapeutic and surgical means. The choice of the type of surgical intervention should be determined by the effectiveness and minimum of possible complications. One of the main criteria for making a decision about the operation is the lack of stabilization of the glaucoma process [3, 4]. Surgical treatment of glaucoma is a rather complicated and risky approach, and complications after such operations are not uncommon.
2024-03-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://scholarexpress.net/index.php/wbph/article/view/3893CARDIOVASCULAR SIDE EFFECTS OF ENERGY DRINKS2024-03-09T05:09:17+00:00Tohtaeva N.HTohtaeva@gmail.comBolkiev S.ABolkiev@gmail.comEshbekova L.ShEshbekova@gmail.comHamdamov A.IHamdamova@gmail.comNazirov N.RNazirov@gmail.com
This article describes in detail the effects of energy drinks, one of the most popular soft drinks, on the mechanism of heart function, muscle contraction, pulse and blood composition. Globally, there are more than 10 million children under 15 years of age who are registered with active epilepsy, which is approximately 25% of the total population affected by this pathology (1, 5). Interestingly, the incidence shows declines over time, so up to 50 per 100000 after 9 years of life. Only 5% of pediatric emergency hospitalizations are for symptomatic arrhythmias [3,6,9]. Most of these tend to be supraventricular tachyarrhythmias mediated by accessory pathways such as Wolff-Parkinson-White (WWS) syndrome, persistent junctional reentrant tachycardia (JRT) and Mahaheim tachycardia [1,2]. Supraventricular tachyarrhythmias mediated by non-accessory pathways, often observed in children, are nodal ectopic tachycardia (ET) and automatic ectopic atrial tachycardia (AET) [2] and occur mainly in the postoperative period after intracardiac repair for structural heart disease. Ventricular tachycardia (VT), although rare, occurs in the pediatric age group in association with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), long QT syndrome (LQT), and Brugada syndrome. Occasionally, VT may also present symptomatically as incessant idiopathic infantile ventricular tachycardia, right ventricular outflow tract tachycardia, benign VT, catecholamine VT, idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia, and in patients after cardiac surgery.
2024-03-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://scholarexpress.net/index.php/wbph/article/view/3934CHRONIC ENTEROCOLITIS IN CHILDREN2024-03-21T13:30:13+00:00Khalilov Sh.K.Khalilov@gmail.comAbduvalieva Ch.M.Abduvalieva@gmail.comKadirov K.Z.Kadirov@gmail.comKosimov O.Z.Kosimov@gmail.comKhakimov U.K.Khakimov@gmail.com
Chronic enterocolitis in children is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting the intestine, especially the large and small intestine. It is characterized by symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools, weight loss and poor growth. The disease includes different types including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and indeterminate colitis. The exact cause of chronic enterocolitis in children is not fully understood, but it is thought to be due to a combination of genetic predisposition, environmental factors, immune system dysfunction, and changes in the gut microbiome. Diagnosis includes a comprehensive evaluation of the medical history, physical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging studies. The goal of treatment is to reduce inflammation, eliminate symptoms, accelerate healing, and improve overall health. It usually involves a combination of medications such as antiinflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants and biological therapies, as well as dietary therapy, including enteral nutrition alone or specialized diets. A multidisciplinary approach involving health care providers is necessary for comprehensive treatment. Chronic enterocolitis can have a significant impact on a child's daily life, including school attendance, social engagement, and emotional well-being. Strategies to address these issues include open communication with teachers, creating a supportive environment, and seeking psychological support if needed. Ongoing research aims to improve the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic enterocolitis in children.
