Abstract

Knowledge of the mechanism of formation and use of the theory of pedagogical technology allows to determine the most effective forms and methods of development and management of the educational process. The formation of managerial activity in students of higher education institutions is a very complex, continuous and consistent process that requires a systematic organization, so the use of pedagogical technology is appropriate.
