Abstract

This article provides a systematic analysis of the origins of the "Think tanks", their activities and their current significance. The article also cites the experience of the United States and Russia in the development of "Think tanks". In addition, the status of "Think tanks" in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the need for their development are described.
