The rapid expansion of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed contemporary social life, creating new opportunities for communication, education, and economic development. Simultaneously, the increasing integration of digital technologies into everyday activities has generated new cybersecurity risks, particularly for young people who constitute one of the most active groups in cyberspace. This article examines the role of family and the educational system in shaping cybersecurity culture among youth. The study analyzes the socio-philosophical foundations of cybersecurity culture, explores the influence of family socialization and educational institutions on digital behavior, and evaluates the effectiveness of educational strategies aimed at developing cybersecurity awareness. The findings indicate that cybersecurity culture is not merely a technical competency but a multidimensional social phenomenon encompassing values, responsibility, ethical behavior, and digital citizenship. The article concludes that effective cybersecurity culture formation requires coordinated cooperation between families, educational institutions, and broader social structures
