Abstract

This article focuses on some aspects related to the digitization of court activities. Judiciary, consideration of civil, economic, administrative and criminal cases by the court, as well as the impact on the rights and legal interests of the court, citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations through the resolution of legal disputes through the digitization of court activities, related to the opportunities provided to citizens through the digitization of courts issues are covered.
