Abstract

After our country gained independence, a number of laws were adopted to stabilize the economy and to regulate the economic and social spheres legally. Market relations developed in the economy of the republic, and as a result many foreign investors became interested in our country and have been carrying out entrepreneurial activity by making investments. In the future, this affects the way courts resolve issues of jurisdiction and venue in inheritance matters involving such elements of the estate as an investor’s share and commercial secrets.
