Abstract

The article examines the improvement of mechanisms for using international experience in developing the competencies of education management managers. It analyzes modern approaches to developing strategic thinking, leadership, innovative management, digital competence, data-driven decision-making, and communication competencies among educational managers. The study employs systemic, competency-based, comparative, and integrative approaches, as well as comparative pedagogical analysis and structural analysis of competencies. The goal of this mechanism is to bring strong international methods together with local needs. It is also meant to set up support for ongoing professional growth for people who manage education systems.
