Abstract

This article analyzes the legal mechanisms for the protection of the rights of public service users. The aim of the study is to analyze the specifics of protecting the rights of public service users and the existing barriers. The article provides conclusions regarding the necessity of strengthening procedural guarantees and digital mechanisms for protecting the rights of public service users
