The pathogenetic characteristic of atopic bronchial asthma (BA) is chronic allergic inflammation of the airways, initiated by contact with causally significant allergens. Identification of sensitization is a necessary condition for successful therapy of asthma, and the structure of sensitization may have regional characteristics
