Abstract

Chemotherapy remains one of the key methods for treating lung cancer; however, its use is limited by the development of toxic complications. The most clinically significant are hepatotoxic and neurotoxic reactions, which can lead to treatment interruption, reduced efficacy, and worse prognosis. This paper reviews current understanding of the pathogenesis of these complications, their clinical manifestations, and approaches to intensive care based on evidence-based medicine.
